It's the monthly average of what you sold in the 3 months before we start, using screenshots from your payment platform. If your business has known strong months (December, for example), it's adjusted and written into the contract.

It counts all the same. The settlement compares your total monthly sales against the baseline, no matter where the sale came from. Codes are for knowing what content works, not for charging more or less.

Yes. Give 30 days' notice and you only pay the settlements for months already closed. There's no exit penalty. Your accounts, your page and your data remain yours.

The fee applies to everything you sell above the baseline, wherever it comes from. That's why the baseline is set with your real numbers before we start, adjusted for known seasonality, and any launch you already have planned is written into the contract before signing.

If you've been selling for less than 3 months, the baseline uses the months available. If you had a launch or an out-of-the-ordinary month, it's excluded or adjusted. In every case, the baseline is written down and signed before the partnership starts.

Sales are counted net: refunds and chargebacks are subtracted. If a refund comes in after the month is settled, it's deducted from the next settlement.

During the partnership, the Black Storm CRM is included. Tools that stay in your name (domain, WhatsApp API, payment platform) are paid by you, and we tell you the cost before signing up for them.

It replies in your tone, following scripts you approve. When an automated assistant handles a conversation, it introduces itself as an assistant on your team, not as you. When in doubt, the conversation goes to a person.

We only use it to run your sales system. It stays in your CRM workspace, with per-person access, and it's never sold or used for other clients. You can export it or ask us to delete it. Details are in the privacy policy.

Black Storm Global LLC invoices and charges in US dollars for creators in many countries. The contract states the governing law and how disagreements are resolved. You can review it with your lawyer before signing.

Your page, your domain, your accounts, your content and your clients' data are yours. The CRM is a license: if the partnership ends, you export all your data or keep using the CRM on a paid plan.
