These terms govern the use of blackstormglobal.com and the services of Black Storm Global LLC ("Black Storm"). By using the site or applying, you accept them.

1. What we do

Black Storm is a growth partner for content creators: we build and run sales systems (sales page, messaging funnel, artificial intelligence and per-post tracking). The conditions of each engagement, including percentages, measurement baseline, timelines and guarantee, are set in a partner contract signed by both parties, which prevails over these terms.

2. Application and diagnosis

Applying creates no obligation for either party. The diagnosis is free and for guidance. We may accept or decline applications at our discretion.

3. Strategy consultation

The strategy consultation is a paid 30-minute video call (USD 50) with direct WhatsApp access. You can reschedule it by replying to the confirmation email. If you hire the setup afterwards, the USD 50 is credited to the setup fee.

4. Setup fee, refund, partnership and exit

If the application is a fit, work starts with a setup fee of USD 1,500 (or the amount stated in the contract), which covers building the system in 30 days. If the partner asks within 3 calendar days of paying, they get a 100% refund. After that period, the setup fee is non-refundable. On day 30 we deliver the 4 deliverables: video diagnosis, sales or booking page, AI messaging funnel and tracking dashboard. If they are not ready that day, we keep working at no cost until they are. The partnership contract lasts 6 months from payment; the partner may end it at any time with 30 days' notice, paying only the settlements for closed months, with no penalty.

5. Baseline and settlement

The baseline is the monthly average of sales in the 3 months before the start, documented with payment platform reports and adjusted for known seasonality, as stated in the contract. If the partner has been selling for less than 3 months, the available months are used; unusual months (for example, a launch) are excluded or adjusted. The baseline is set in writing before the partnership starts. From the first month, Black Storm charges the agreed percentage (25%, or 30% if it also runs the content) on total monthly sales above the baseline. Sales are counted net of refunds and chargebacks; if one occurs after the month is settled, it is deducted from the next settlement. If a month doesn't beat the baseline, there is no charge. Settlement is monthly, within the first 5 days of the month, with the CRM report and the payment platform statement. Black Storm only needs read-only access to those reports and never manages the partner's money.

6. Separate costs

Ad spend (for example, Meta Ads) is paid by the partner directly and decided jointly. Ad management, the setter and the closer are included in the percentage. AI videos are optional and quoted separately. During the partnership the Black Storm CRM is included; tools in the partner's name (domain, WhatsApp API, payment platform) are paid by the partner, with the cost shared in advance.

7. Data, accounts and CRM

The partner's page, domain, ad accounts, content and client data belong to the partner. The Black Storm CRM is a license: if the partnership ends, the partner can export their data or keep using the CRM on a paid plan. Automated assistants that reply to messages introduce themselves as assistants on the partner's team, following scripts the partner approves. The governing law and dispute resolution are set in the partner contract.

8. Results

The examples, calculations and cases on this site are illustrative. We do not guarantee any specific sales result: it depends on the offer, the audience, the market and both parties' execution.

9. Calculator

10. Intellectual property

The Black Storm Global™ brand, logo, method, copy, design, software and materials on this site are property of Black Storm Global LLC. They may not be copied, reproduced or used without written permission. Whatever is built in a partner's name stays in their accounts according to their contract.

11. Acceptable use

You may not use the site to send false information, spam or illegal content, or attempt to access systems or data without authorization.

12. Liability

The site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Black Storm is not liable for indirect damages or lost profits arising from use of the site. Liability for contracted services is governed by the partner contract.
