Privacy policy

At Black Storm Global LLC ("Black Storm", "we") we take care of the data of the people who contact us and of the creators we work with. This policy explains what data we collect, what we use it for and what rights you have.

1. Who is responsible

Black Storm Global LLC, a limited liability company formed in the United States, represented by Santiago Daniel Artigas. Contact: hola@blackstormglobal.com.

2. What data we collect

• What you give us: name, Instagram handle, what you sell, sales and follower ranges, your goals and the numbers you enter in the calculator.
• From conversations: messages by WhatsApp, Instagram or email, and call notes.
• Browsing data: pages visited, device and source of the visit, through measurement tools such as Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and the Meta pixel. They only load if you accept measurement cookies in the site notice; if you choose "Necessary only", they don't load.
• If you book a call or consultation: the day and time you chose, and the Stripe payment confirmation for the paid consultation. We never see or store your card details.
• If you are a partner: metrics from your accounts and sales that you authorize us to see in order to run and measure the system.

3. What we use it for

• Reviewing your application and preparing your diagnosis.
• Contacting you, scheduling calls and sending you information you asked for.
• Running, measuring and improving the sales systems of the creators we work with.
• Calculating commissions and issuing reports.
• Measuring and improving our site and our ads.

We don't sell your data to anyone.

4. Who we share it with

Only with providers we need to operate, who process data on our behalf: web hosting (Netlify), email and calendar (Google Workspace), payments (Stripe), messaging (WhatsApp / Meta), AI and measurement tools. We may also share it if a law or competent authority requires it.

5. Data of our partners' clients

When we run a creator's sales system, we process their clients' and contacts' data (name, handle, messages, purchases) on behalf of that creator and only to run their system. It is stored in their CRM workspace (hosted on Supabase), with per-person access; it may be processed by AI providers to suggest replies, and it is never used for other clients or sold. The creator can export it or ask us to delete it.

6. How long we keep it

For as long as the relationship lasts and up to 24 months after the last contact, unless the law requires longer or you ask us to delete it sooner.

7. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to hola@blackstormglobal.com. We reply within 10 business days. If you are in Argentina, you can also contact the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública, the authority for Law 25,326.

8. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), per-person access permissions and providers with recognized security standards. No system is infallible, but we work to protect your information.

9. Changes

If we change this policy, we publish the new version here with its date.
