How much does it cost?
The diagnosis is free. If we're a fit, there's a USD 1,500 setup fee to build your system in 30 days, with a 3-day window for a full refund. From the first month, 25% of what you sell above your baseline, or 30% if we also run your content. If a month doesn't beat the baseline, you pay no percentage.
How do you know which sale came from your work?
Every piece of content and every message carries a coded link. That code follows through to the sale and the dashboard shows it per post, so we can decide what content to repeat. You see it exactly as we do. For the settlement we don't rely on codes alone: we compare your total sales against the baseline.
Is there a contract?
Yes. It's signed with Blackstorm Group LLC when you pay the setup fee, for 6 months, with the fee, the percentage, the baseline and how we measure in writing.
What if I change my mind after paying?
Ask within 3 days of paying and we refund 100%, no questions asked. After that we've started building your system and the setup fee isn't refundable; we still guarantee delivery: if it isn't ready on day 30, we keep working at no cost until it is.
How is the baseline measured?
It's the monthly average of what you sold in the 3 months before we start, using screenshots from your payment platform. If your business has known strong months (December, for example), it's adjusted and written into the contract.
What if I sell outside the coded links?
It counts all the same. The settlement compares your total monthly sales against the baseline, no matter where the sale came from. Codes are for knowing what content works, not for charging more or less.
How is the settlement charged?
Once a month, within the first 5 days. We send you the CRM report and the calculation with your payment platform statement. Blackstorm Group LLC invoices you and you pay by PayPal or bank transfer.
Do you need access to my payment platform?
Only read-only access to reports, to measure. We never handle your money or charge on your behalf.
Who pays for ads and the team?
You pay the Meta ad spend separately, and we decide it together. Ad management, the setter and the closer are included in the percentage. AI videos are optional and quoted separately, per package.
Can I stop before 6 months?
Yes. Give 30 days' notice and you only pay the settlements for months already closed. There's no exit penalty. Your accounts, your page and your data remain yours.
Will you charge me for growth I would have had anyway?
The fee applies to everything you sell above the baseline, wherever it comes from. That's why the baseline is set with your real numbers before we start, adjusted for known seasonality, and any launch you already have planned is written into the contract before signing.
What if I've been selling for less than 3 months or had an unusual month?
If you've been selling for less than 3 months, the baseline uses the months available. If you had a launch or an out-of-the-ordinary month, it's excluded or adjusted. In every case, the baseline is written down and signed before the partnership starts.
What about refunds and chargebacks?
Sales are counted net: refunds and chargebacks are subtracted. If a refund comes in after the month is settled, it's deducted from the next settlement.
Who pays for the tools?
During the partnership, the Black Storm CRM is included. Tools that stay in your name (domain, WhatsApp API, payment platform) are paid by you, and we tell you the cost before signing up for them.
Does the AI talk as if it were me?
It replies in your tone, following scripts you approve. When an automated assistant handles a conversation, it introduces itself as an assistant on your team, not as you. When in doubt, the conversation goes to a person.
What do you do with my clients' data?
We only use it to run your sales system. It stays in your CRM workspace, with per-person access, and it's never sold or used for other clients. You can export it or ask us to delete it. Details are in the privacy policy.
Why a US company?
Blackstorm Group LLC invoices and charges in US dollars for creators in many countries. The contract states the governing law and how disagreements are resolved. You can review it with your lawyer before signing.
Who owns everything if we stop?
Your page, your domain, your accounts, your content and your clients' data are yours. The CRM is a license: if the partnership ends, you export all your data or keep using the CRM on a paid plan.
How many hours a week will this take me?
Between 2 and 4 hours: recording content, approving messages and a 30-minute call per week. Our team does the rest.
Do I have to be on camera?
Not for the system: the page, the funnel and the AI work either way. If you don't want to record everything, we add AI-made videos with your own characters, always with your approval.
Is this a course or coaching?
No. We build it with you, inside your business. Your page, your domain, your ad accounts, your content and your clients' data stay in your name.
Which countries do you work with?
Creators in any country and niche, in English or Spanish. Blackstorm Group LLC is a US company, with a team in Argentina and Latin America. Meetings are held by video call.
Can I talk on WhatsApp before applying?
